Deposit, cancellation and privacy policies
Deposit Policy
A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
The hotel will charge 50% of the total of your stay when you make your reservation, and the rest will be paid upon arrival.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations with 48 hours or more – NO CHARGE
Cancellations with less than 48 hours – Charge of 100% of the total stay.
No shows or early departures will be penalized with the total of the stay.
Policy for minors:
Children 11 and under, free of charge in existing beds.
Children 12 years or older, one more person will be considered in the maximum capacity of the room.
Check-in time: 3:00 pm
Departure time. 12:00 am
Pets are not accepted
