Deposit policy

At registration time, the guest must leave a credit card or cash (1,984 859 9333 pesos) as a guarantee safe deposit to cover the additional incidentals that they may request. This guarantee will be returned at departure time from the hotel.

A Resort Fee of 50 pesos per room per night applies to all bookings and should be paid at Check In time.

Once the registration is done, no refunds will apply under any circumstances.

The guest is responsible for any damage caused (whether intentionally or negligently) to the room(s), hotel, or hotel premises or belongings.

The guest grants the hotel the right to retain credit and/or debit card details presented at check-in to charge as it deems necessary to cover the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by the hotel as a result of the aforementioned.

If the damage is discovered after the guest has checked out, the hotel reserves the right to charge credit or debit card for any damages incurred to the room or hotel property during the stay; including and without limitation all property damage, missing or damaged items, the smoking penalty fee, cleaning penalty fee, guest compensation, and days the unit is out of service due to damages, etc.

Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishings, and equipment, including removal of electronic equipment, towels, artwork, etc., will be charged at 150% of the total new replacement value plus shipping and handling charges. Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or intentional, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any repairs and replacement costs will be charged to the registered guest’s credit card.

Special cleaning for white spot removal has an extra charge $ 700 pesos.

Special cleaning accidental or intentional illness has an additional charge of 2,000 pesos.

A card will be given per person for the use of a towel for the beach. At the end of your stay, the towel or card must be handed over. Towels that are not returned will cost $ 984 859 9333 pesos.

Smoking is not allowed $ 2,984 859 9333 pesos fine for smoking on the property plus remediation costs for smoking, if you recidivism your stay will be cancelled and you will have to leave the property immediately.

The issuance of invoices will only be made for reservations that have been made directly on the hotel’s website or by phone. if you need it please request it at your arrival time.

Late check-out will be considered from 12:00 p.m. for this reason, 984 859 9333 pesos will be charged per additional hour that gives you the benefit to stay in the room and will be subject to availability.

Room will be cleaned every day and towels will only be changed under request g or leaving these on the shower´s floor. The sheets will be changed every third day, unless the guest requests a prior change.

Every day when the guest is out, the air conditioning will be turned off, so that it is turned on again upon arrival in his room.

To avoid for the toilet to plug up, the toilet paper must go on the trash can.

There is no private parking at the hotel.

The hotel is not responsible for inconveniences that the guest may have with external service providers (taxi rental, bicycles, tourist tours, etc.).

Only registered guest are allowed in the hotel facilities.

The hotel is not responsible for money or items left outside of the deposit box.

The hotel is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason that does not violate federal or state law.

The hotel has a zero tolerance policy in which we will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation at our hotel as well as the power to remove a person, without refund, who refuses to comply with the reasonable standards and policies established by Mexican Law and the operation and management of the hotel.

The hotel will refuse service or evict a guest: for refusing or not paying for accommodations, being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance, acting in a disorderly manner, disturbing the peace of other guests, seeking to use the hotel for an illegal purpose; bring to the hotel: an illegally possessed firearm; or anything, including an explosive or dangerous or toxic substance, that is illegal to possess and could be hazardous to others; for destroying, damaging, or threatening to damage hotel property or its guests; cause or allow people to exceed the maximum permitted occupancy of the room, for refusing to comply with the reasonable standards or policies established by the hotel.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to a guest who arrives with a contagious disease. In cases where illnesses occur during the stay, please notify the reception staff. During epidemics, we have the right to exercise preventive measures at our discretion or as local authorities require. We may charge you a room cleaning fee as we deem appropriate under the circumstances.

The hotel is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes.

Staying at the hotel and signing the registration form implies accepting the aforementioned terms and conditions.

PETS

PETS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED

SERVICE animals

Guests must notify the hotel that they are traveling with a service dog at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

The guest must send proof of his current doctor that accredits the animal as a service pet.

No more than 2 service dogs will be accepted at the hotel at a time, this rule will apply to the reservation that arrives immediately after the first.

The dog owner must present the Vaccination Card upon arrival, which must be current and the date of its last deworming that is not more than 6 months old.

There will be no cost of admission for the service dog.

It is mandatory to leave a Security Deposit of $1000 pesos in cash for each dog, which will be returned at the time of Check-Out as long as the housekeeper has not reported any damage or dirt inside or outside the room that are attributable to the pet.

There will be a charge of $300 pesos per wash for each quilt or blanket that the employee reports with the pet’s smell or hair, and $1000 pesos if there are traces of urine or excrement inside the room.

The guest will be responsible for covering 100% of the costs involved in the repair or replacement of the hotel property that has been damaged by the dog.

There should be no barking or howling, regardless of whether there are guests in your room, especially during the course of the night.

As the owner of the dog, the guest will be 100% responsible for any incident that may occur.

The company disclaims any responsibility in the event that the pet gets sick, escapes or suffers an accident while you are inside the hotel, it is the responsibility of the guest to carefully read each of the points marked in these regulations.
